Hiroshima University provides services for international students moving into and out of apartments recommended by Hiroshima University and during their stay! You can move in immediately after attending the pre-tenant orientation. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.-

Pre-occupancy Briefing
Explain the precautions to be taken during the move-in period.
Please have your tutor or senior staff member attend the meeting as much as possible.
After you have paid the "insurance premium" and other fees, you will receive the key to the room you will be moving into.
Procedures after moving in
We will perform the procedures for the withdrawal of accommodation fees, electricity withdrawal, water application, gas application, etc.
Those who have moved into the dormitories must participate in these procedures within this period.
