International Student Apartments
Hiroshima University provides services for international students moving into and out of apartments recommended by Hiroshima University and during their stay! You can move in immediately after attending the pre-tenant orientation. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.-

3+1 Program Accommodation
International students in the 3+1 program may apply. International students who are not in the 3+1 program should apply for the "Recommended Apartments (application period: 2025.8.1 - 2025.8.28)". We will provide the services for international students moving in and out of the apartments and during their stay. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.-

Events
Pre-occupancy Briefing
Explain the precautions to be taken during the move-in period.
Please have your tutor or senior staff member attend the meeting as much as possible.
After you have paid the "insurance premium" and other fees, you will receive the key to the room you will be moving into.
Shuttle bus (Hiroshima Airport, Higashi-Hiroshima Station)
The bus will stop at Higashi-Hiroshima Station from Hiroshima Airport and go to Hiroshima University.
Only newly enrolled international students may ride the bus.
This service is for international students only. Please refrain from boarding the bus if you are picking up a student.
