This is a fee-based service. Please pay the fee to the attendant before boarding.
Hiroshima Airport→Student Plaza: 2,000 yen
Higashi-Hiroshima Station→Student Plaza: 500 yen
In case of no-show or no-show cancellation on the day of the tour, a cancellation fee will be charged at a later date.
The service will operate for three days (Monday, March 31, 2025, Tuesday, April 1, and Wednesday, April 2, 2025), with one flight per day.
Departure time may be delayed in case of flight arrival delay. Departure will be made as soon as all reserved students are present.
You cannot apply together with "other international students". Please make sure to apply separately with your own ID.
　Only family members can apply together. However, only one person is allowed.

Please note that buses may arrive late. Please wait for a while until the bus arrives.
There is no limit to the number of passengers who can ride the bus (in principle, all passengers with reservations can ride the bus).
Reservations are required to board the bus.
　If you are using a mobile terminal, please present the "Application Reception Completed" screen.
　If your reservation cannot be confirmed, you will not be allowed to board the bus.
If there are no reservations, the service will be cancelled.

Higashi-Hiroshima Station
A staff member of the Co-op will be waiting for you with a placard at the exit of the ticket gate.

Size: Sum of 3 sides (height + width + height) within 203 cm

Please note that if the weight exceeds the maximum dimensions, the passenger will not be allowed to board.
