13:00-16:00 except Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays *Please come during these hours.
No pick-up service will be provided to and from the dormitory during the time of individual services.
Please understand this in advance.

If you wish to move in on weekends, holidays, or at night after April 1, you can have a friend or other proxy give you the key to your room in advance. Please have the proxy bring his/her student ID card and come to the venue during business hours. Please note that the rent must be paid from the day the proxy receives the key. Please register your proxy at the time of application.
