Pre-occupancy briefing

■Lobby of Building K, Faculty of Integrated Arts and Sciences, Hiroshima University
Monday, September 29, 2025 - Tuesday, September 30, 2025 14:00～ (about 1 hour)
We will escort you to the dormitory after the briefing session.

■Housing Counter on the 1st floor of the University Hall
October 1 (Wed) - October 31 (Fri), 2025 13:00 - 16:00
13:00-16:00 except Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays *Please come during these hours.

If you wish to move in on weekends, holidays, or at night after October 1, you can have a friend or other proxy give you the key to your room in advance. Please have the proxy bring his/her student ID card and come to the venue during business hours. Please note that the rent must be paid from the day the proxy receives the key. Please register your proxy at the time of application.

2,000 yen: Co-op fee: fully refundable upon completion of the course
8,160 yen: University Co-op Insurance for International Students: 1 year's worth
