【Pre-Move-In Orientation】 ■ Hiroshima University Faculty of Integrated Arts and Sciences Building K Lobby Tuesday, March 31, 2026, 2:00 PM～ (Approx. 1 hour) Transportation to the dormitory will be provided after the orientation.

■ University Hall 1F "Housing Counter" Wednesday, April 1, 2026 - Thursday, April 30, 2026 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (Except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) ※ Please visit during these hours.

・For move-ins on weekends, holidays, or evenings after April 1st, we can arrange for a friend or other representative to receive the room key in advance. The representative must bring their student ID and come to the venue during business hours. Rent payments are required starting from the day the representative receives the key. Please register the representative at the time of application.

■Cash ¥18,290 ・¥10,000: Hiroshima University Co-op membership fee: Fully refunded upon completion ・¥8,290: University Co-op International Student Insurance: One-year premium ※Other fees will be paid at a later date.
