Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 2:00 PM– (approx. 1 hour)
We will escort you to the dormitory after the orientation

October 1 (Thu) – October 30 (Fri), 2026, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) *Please visit during these hours

*If you wish to move in during May, please contact us via email (sumai@hucoop.jp).

・If you wish to move in on or after October 1 on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or at night, you may arrange to have a friend or other representative pick up the keys to your room in advance. Please have the representative bring their student ID and come to the office during business hours. Please note that rent is due starting from the day the representative picks up the keys. Please register your representative when you apply.

■Cash ¥18,290 ・¥10,000: Hiroshima University Co-op membership fee: Fully refunded upon completion ・¥8,290: University Co-op International Student Insurance: One-year premium ※Other fees will be paid at a later date.
