[Pre-Move-In Orientation]

■ Lobby of Building K, Faculty of Integrated Arts and Sciences, Hiroshima University
Tuesday, March 31, 2026, 2:00 PM– (Approx. 1 hour)
We will escort you to the dormitory after the orientation.

■ "Housing Counter" on the 1st Floor of the University Hall
Wednesday, April 1, 2026 – Thursday, April 30, 2026, 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) *Please visit during these hours.

*If you wish to move in during May, please contact us via email (sumai@hucoop.jp).

・For move-ins on weekends, holidays, or evenings after April 1st, we can arrange for a friend or other representative to receive the room key in advance. The representative must bring their student ID and come to the venue during business hours. Rent payments are required starting from the day the representative receives the key. Please register the representative at the time of application.
